The Problem:

The clinic needed one place to build discoverability and trust — explaining who OHC is, what they offer (hormone care, weight management, telehealth, sexual health, pathology, anti-ageing), and that care is professional and confidential. Intake was fragmented: ad-hoc booking and contact instead of structured forms. Long or sensitive forms led to abandonment. Staff had no single view of submissions, and compliance required clear pricing, consent flows, and policies (Terms, Privacy, SMS) in one place.

Our Solution:

Built a Rails public site and intake channel that:

  • Informs patients with a homepage, "How it works" (form → pathology → consultation → results → monitoring), service carousels, FAQs, Men's/Women's health and pathology info, team, pricing, and policy pages
  • Provides structured intake flows: appointments, consults, general (e.g. alternative medicine) appointments, hormone consults, consent forms, contact messages, and feedback — with validated, consistent data
  • Lets users save as draft and resume later via a unique link (resume-by-token) so long or multi-step forms are less likely to be abandoned
  • Gives staff an Active Admin backend to view, search, and manage all submissions in one place
  • Integrates with external scheduling (e.g. Acuity) and e‑commerce for booking and shopping while the site handles information and form-based intake

The Results:

  • Single source of truth for services, pricing, team, and policies — clearer for patients and staff
  • Higher completion of intakes — draft + resume-by-link reduces abandonment on long or sensitive forms
  • Faster operations — all submissions (appointments, consults, hormone consults, consent, contact, feedback) in the admin panel for review and follow-up
  • Better data quality — validated, structured forms (inquiry type, pregnancy info, allergy status, agent agreements) instead of unstructured emails
  • Scalable intake with multiple form types and resume tokens
  • Trust and compliance — clear FAQs (legality, confidentiality, telehealth), consent collection, and policy pages
